Terms of Service

Welcome to Strategy X-Ray (the “Service” or “we”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before registering for, accessing, or using the Service. By checking the agreement box during registration, or by continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Strategy X-Ray is a software-as-a-service platform for monitoring and analyzing MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading accounts and Expert Advisors (EAs). It helps you review equity, drawdown, deals, and multi-EA breakdowns. The Service:

• Does not provide brokerage, custody, order routing, or execution of securities, futures, forex, or other financial products;
• Does not constitute investment advice, trading instructions, or any promise of returns;
• Does not guarantee profitability of any strategy, EA, or account.

Trading decisions and financial risk remain solely your responsibility.

2. Account registration and security

• You must provide accurate registration information (such as a valid email address) and keep your password and verification codes secure.
• You are responsible for losses arising from disclosure of credentials, device theft, or failure to maintain up-to-date contact details.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly through in-product feedback or other contact channels we publish.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, fraud, security incidents, or violations of these Terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you must not:

• Disrupt or impair the platform, or access systems, data, or APIs without authorization;
• Upload or distribute malware, phishing content, or unlawful material;
• Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, or other illegal activity;
• Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute Service data, APIs, or features without permission;
• Circumvent security, billing, or access controls.

4. Data connectivity and accuracy

The Service may sync account and trading-related data through an EA you install, cloud account linking, or other methods you authorize. You understand and agree that:

• Accuracy depends on your broker terminal, network conditions, configuration, and upstream data sources;
• Latency, disconnections, historical gaps, or broker-side changes may cause displayed data to differ from live trading;
• You should verify critical account and order status with your broker or trading terminal.

5. Subscriptions, fees, and changes

Some features may be free; others require a paid subscription or usage quota. Prices, entitlements, and billing periods are shown in the product or confirmed at checkout. We may adjust features, quotas, or pricing with reasonable notice (for example via in-app announcements or email). Active paid periods are generally honored according to the terms in effect at purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers (such as cryptocurrency or card payment processors, including NOWPayments or, where enabled, partners such as Banxa). Their terms and privacy policies apply to payment processing. We do not store full payment card numbers or private wallet keys on our servers.

Refunds. Wallet top-ups and subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly offer a refund path in the product (for example, eligible wallet balance withdrawals or refunds subject to review, network or processor fees, and anti-fraud checks). Services or entitlements already consumed during a billing period may not be refundable. Initiating chargebacks or payment abuse may lead to account suspension.

6. Intellectual property

Software, interfaces, text, trademarks, charts, algorithms, and documentation of the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, adapt, reverse engineer (except where law expressly permits), or provide the Service’s core functionality to third parties without written consent.

Data you upload or sync remains yours or your licensors’. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, display, and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or timeliness of monitoring results, alerts, reports, or analytics. Availability of third-party brokers, payment, email, or cloud infrastructure is not under our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill) arising from use or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim; if you use only free features, liability is capped at one hundred U.S. dollars (or equivalent), except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Service (for example for maintenance, security, compliance, or business reasons). You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure. We may immediately restrict access for serious violations of these Terms, law, or platform security.

10. Updates to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Parties shall attempt good-faith resolution of disputes; if that fails, disputes may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction.
